Kitchen
When staying in Brighton Marina there is so much choice of restaurants that it's unlikely you will be eating in much. That said, the views in Britannia Court are hard to beat so it's likely you will stay in with a bottle of wine and a takeaway now and again.
In the tasteful luxurious kitchen, we have provided all the equipment you will need to make everything from a full five-course meal to a slice of toast.
The amazing glass worktops with colour changing LED lights built in make a fantastic setting for the room, in which you will find electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and every utensil that you might require.
Hoover, iron and board are provided in the apartment for your use should you need them, and are located in one of the storage cupboards on the top floor.
The kitchen provides a small breakfast bar for two and has a curved glass top with the colour changing lights built under which compliment the colour changing lights on the top of the units. At night the kitchen looks and feels wonderful with the lights set to the colour of your choice or changing at a speed to suit your mood.
The floor is a deep black granite which reflects the lighting to give a truly three dimensional atmosphere. Even washing up is a pleasure as the views from the sink look out over the domestic fishing fleet and luxury yachts of the marina.
Lounge / Diner
When it's time to relax and unwind, the lounge provides the perfect place to do this. Set the mood with the dimmable ceiling down lighters or wall mounted crystal low voltage lighting, pour some drinks and relax into the bespoke leather corner sofa.
The sofa is also the perfect place to check your emails using the WIFI connection serving the whole penthouse. Watch some television on the large flat screen with Sky box, maybe put on a film using the DVD player or for the younger ones (plus all men) there is a Playstation 3 which is also a Blu-Ray player.
The corner sofa also makes up into a very comfortable double bed or two singles should you require more beds for your guests or children.
In the dining area you will find seating at the bespoke marble table for eight people. This provides the perfect location for entertaining with dimmable crystal lighting, Bose iPod dock and plenty of tableware, cutlery and glassware to set the finest table. In the dining room you will also find some popular board games for adults and children.
Both the lounge and dining rooms have fantastic Marina and sea views facing south through to the west. Enjoy sunsets from the comfort of the sofa, or take an after dinner stroll on the lower balcony (accessed via the dining room) to watch the world go by as another day gently comes to a close.
Bedroom 1 - The Blue Room
The Blue Bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a hotel style super kingsize bed that also zips apart to make two large single beds. The bed is complemented by the luxury chocolate brown suede head board that also has wall lights and power mounted within. The room has two double wardrobes with built in safe, mirrored doors and plenty of hanging space.
There is a wall mounted flat screen television with freeview and DVD so that if you want to relax in bed watching a movie or wake up to the latest world news it's only a button away.
The bedroom leads into the luxury brown ensuite bathroom with bath, power shower, twin basins, WC, hair dryer, illuminated mirrors and heated towel rail. The ensuite is fully wall tiled and has black granite flooring.
The Blue Bedroom has double patio doors that lead out onto the top floor wrap-around balcony. The room has a west facing aspect with direct uninterrupted sea and marina views that are truly amazing to wake up to.
Bedroom 2 - The Silver Room
The Silver Bedroom has a black suede headboard that has power and room lighting controls mounted on both sides of the bed. The headboard gives the whole bedroom a luxury hotel feel, which the contrasting wall colours and soft furnishings compliment.
The bed is a deep comfort hotel standard super king size that you will not want to get out of. It also unzips into two large single beds for children or people that don't wish to share. All bedding is of a high quality Egyptian cotton with allergy free pillows and duvets.
The Silver Bedroom is fitted with a large mirrored wardrobe, dressing table, flat screen television with freeview and DVD. The bedroom has its own ensuite in silver and black with round power shower, WC, basin with illuminated mirror, dressing area with hairdryer and makeup mirror and fantastic south facing views over the Marina and out to sea.
Open the twin patio doors to take in the fantastic scenery. Step out onto the decked illuminated balcony and stroll around to the seating area to take in the sunset as it slowly melts into the sea. Then for your evening wander along the Marina boardwalk or into Brighton for anyone of the 2000 bars, pubs, restaurants and clubs!
Bedroom 3 - The Green Room
The Green Bedroom is the smallest of the three bedrooms but still boasts a king size bed that unzips into two single beds. The bed is complimented by the luxury deep pile headboard in soft lime with lighting controls built in.
The bedroom is fitted out with plenty of wardrobe, draw, and shelving. As with all the bedrooms there is a wall mounted flat screen television with freeview and DVD built in. All bedding is Egyptian cotton and the pillows and duvet are deep soft anti allergy.
Views from the Green Bedroom reach out across the boats in the marina to the sea wall and beyond. The beige ensuite with bath & shower, WC, basin, illuminated mirror, hairdryer, shaver point, extract fan and heated towel rail provides the perfect compliment to the room.
Bathrooms
Britannia Court has three bathrooms which are connected to each bedroom as ensuites. Each ensuite is of a different design but all to a high standard.
The brown ensuite is accessed via the blue bedroom and is tiled floor to ceiling in brown and beige porcelain. The floor is laid with black granite which creates a truly luxury look. The bathroom is fitted with a full length bath with shower attachment, WC, twin his'n'her basins, enclosed power shower, twin illuminated mirrors, shaver point, hair dryer and heated towel rail.
The silver and black ensuite is connected to the silver bedroom. It is fully tiled and also has black granite floor tiling. There is a curved corner power shower enclosure, WC, basin, illuminated mirror, heated towel rail, further illuminated mirror with shaver point and hairdryer. Views from the silver bathroom are simply stunning.
The beige bathroom is adjacent to the Green bedroom, and has granite floor tiles, and floor to ceiling porcelain wall tiling. The bathroom has a bath with shower riser and fitted glass screen, WC, basin, heated towel rail, shaver point, hair dryer and extractor fan.
The apartment also has a cloakroom toilet with small hand basin for use by further guests.
Outside Areas
The apartment has two balconies for you to enjoy during your stay. Both have uninterrupted views of the Marina over the mooring areas across to the sea wall and beyond out into the English Channel.
Both balconies have lighting operated from inside as well as automatic dusk till dawn LED lighting recessed into the wooden decking. Each has external power should you need to charge your mobile or laptop whilst working.
The lower balcony accessed via the dining room is designed to enjoy your morning breakfast or glass of wine in the evening for up to four people. This balcony faces south west so is perfect for watching the world go by just as the sun goes down.
The upper balcony wraps around the whole penthouse and is accessed via the blue bedroom or the silver bedroom. This is a larger balcony with grander views over a 270 degree span. Here you can unwind, relax and sunbathe in the recliner chairs, listen to your iPod, or have a glass of champagne and just chill.
Britannia Court is situated within the Brighton Marina complex. All areas of which are managed to a very high standard with communal areas planted all year round, painted and kept very clean, which overall gives a very relaxed and tranquil feel to the development.
The security of the area is second to none, with private 24 hour security patrolling all areas, CCTV operators observing public areas, vehicle control barriers, and electric entrance gates to each courtyard block.
A door entry system is used to control the exterior entrance door to Britannia Court. This can be operated from both floors within the apartment.
The apartment comes with its own single garage to provide secure parking during your stay. The garage comes with power and overhead lighting, storage shelving and lockable up and over door. There is also further free parking within the multi storey car park in the marina complex.
